LONDON – 18 August 2003 - AlienPants Ltd (www.alienpants.com) is pleased to announce that visitors to this year’s ECTS show will be able to receive news headlines, press release information and news about the event via their mobile phones.

At this year's ECTS, AlienPants, in association with CMP Information, will be providing a subscription-based SMS News Alerts service. Visitors to the show and anyone else interested in the event will be able to sign up to receive the latest news and press release information from the show direct to their mobile phone.

AlienPants will have a team of news gatherers at the show making sure that news and information is delivered as soon as it happens. All major Press Releases put out during ECTS will also be covered, allowing subscribers to be notified of the Press Release headline when it is made public.

“ECTS is one of the largest Computer Game trade shows in the world,” said Tom Gordon, CEO of AlienPants Ltd. “It’s often not possible to keep up with everything that’s happening during the show, and this service will allow people to find out news of interest as it breaks.”

Sharon Thomas, Marketing Manager of ECTS also commented “Now there's no excuse for missing out on any crucial announcements during ECTS. The Alien Pants service will be a valuable service for the time-poor movers and shakers during these hectic days ahead.”
