GTIP Customer Support, Hints and Tips Service  

What Is GTIP?
GTIP is a unique, premium SMS-based Customer Support, Hints, Tips and Cheat Codes service. The service is aimed at games publishers and developers as a way of providing a revenue-generating support service to customers.

The GTIP Customer Support, Hints and Tips service is based around providing an immediate, live response to a question posed by a customer. The questions are submitted via a premium SMS keyword/short code combination, allowing easy access to the service to anyone who has a mobile phone.

Licensing the GTIP Service
AlienPants provides the GTIP service either as a fully-managed and supported licensed service, or as a Customer Support Service Application Programming Interface (API) for integration into online-enabled or mobile games.
